adopts two main methods of recruitment, Contingency and Search.
Contingency
Recruitment
This method of recruitment predominately covers the junior to middle
management positions.
It is a passive method which relies solely upon contacting candidates
already keen to hear about opportunities.
As a result of extensive headhunting, networking, and advertising,
Placement UK possesses an impressive national database of over 7,500
high quality and specialist candidates, enabling consultants to
compile accurate shortlists in response to clients individual
needs.
Candidates registering
with Placement UK are interviewed thoroughly by a qualified consultant
to ensure that we obtain a full understanding of their individual
aptitudes and career requirements.
Upon registering
a vacancy our database is searched for the specific requirements
identified by the client. From this database search a selection
of candidates will be produced. These candidates will be contacted
immediately to ascertain their availability, interest and to obtain
permission for their CV to be submitted. From this initial database
search a further screened shortlist of available, relevant and interested
candidates will be submitted to the client.
