There are certain things that any employer will want to know from you at interview, so it is essential to have prepared for an interview with as much attention to detail as if you were given a presentation to write: Presentation “Self”

Know your CV and ensure that you are able to explain any gaps or redundancy situations without making them an issue.

Learn to listen to the questions and keep your answers relevant.

Don’t learn answers off by heart as they will be asked in different ways; instead be armed to discuss the topics.

Be honest, considered and concise, so that the interviewer can gain a decent sense of your character. After that the only question remaining is whether you fit their bill, and that's a question they have to answer themselves.
